As integration with our parent company SAP moves ever closer to its conclusion, we strongly encourage you to start visiting the SAP.com Web site to find up-to-date information on Sybase products. Please find below links to visit for any product documentation and technical notes you might need on Sybase products.

As further integration takes place, this page will be updated to redirect you to the appropriate target destinations in the SAP digital properties.

During the first half of 2014 our remaining customers that have purchased support will be transitioned over to SAP support services. This will allow Sybase customers to fully leverage the benefits of SAP support programs and infrastructure.

*Upon renewal, Sybase customers on active maintenance will migrate to SAP® Enterprise Support. SAP Enterprise Support helps you optimize business processes, minimize risks, accelerate innovation, and manage the lifecycle of your applications. SAP Enterprise Support enables full visibility into business processes and system landscapes, helps you resolve issues and deliver improvement quickly, and provides data to make informed decisions.

Prior to renewal, customers will be notified about their migration to SAP Enterprise Support and support infrastructure. Following the completion of the renewal, customers will receive detailed information about SAP Service Marketplace and how to access support.

Support plans are still in place for Sybase customers on active maintenance until migration to SAP Support. As SAP and Sybase conclude their integration in the first half of this year, Sybase customers will fully leverage the benefits of SAP support programs and infrastructure upon their migration to SAP® Enterprise Support*.
