Sales Administrator (f/m)
- Temporary Contract -
Location: Utrecht, The Netherlands
Sybase, An SAP Company, is currently recruiting for temporary Sales Administrators (f/m) to be based at our office in Utrecht until the end of 2012.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Printing and order logging of support renewal orders
- Receiving order information from field sales and verifying orders for accuracy, completeness and compliance with company policies
- Verifying reports to make sure all orders are booked
- Inputting order data into computer order management system
- Creating new customers in the system
- Invoicing
- Filling and scanning of order packages and legal contracts
- Clean-up activities related to archived documents
ABOUT YOU:
- Prior experience in a sales operations background
- Sales order management experience in an international environment would be preferable
- Good PC skills, e.g. MS Excel, MS Word
- Fluency in English
- Efficient organization of workflow, working accurately
- A committed, service-oriented and flexible team player
